These Terms govern your use of ECKO Protocol (the “Game”) and this website, operated by KOPACETIK (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, or by using this site, you agree to these Terms.

License

Subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store / TestFlight terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game on Apple Vision Pro devices you own or control.

Age & suitability

You must meet the age requirements of the App Store in your region. The Game is intended as entertainment; play in a clear space and follow Apple’s safety guidance for immersive experiences.

Beta / TestFlight

Pre-release builds may be incomplete, change without notice, or reset progress. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Game without obligation to you.

Ownership

The Game, name, characters (including ECKO), audiovisual assets, and this website are owned by KOPACETIK or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Game except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Game or site, including attempts to disrupt services, abuse support channels, or violate applicable law.

Disclaimer

THE GAME AND SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOPACETIK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME OR SITE.

App Store

If you obtained the Game through Apple, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for support or claims relating to the Game; contact us at marcos@copaceticdesigns.com.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The date above reflects the latest revision.
