KOPACETIK (“we”, “us”) builds ECKO Protocol, a spatial game for Apple Vision Pro (visionOS). This policy explains what information the app and this website handle.

Summary

The game does not require an account.
Scores, streaks, and settings stay on your device.
We do not sell personal data.
This marketing site may collect email if you request TestFlight or contact support.

Information the app stores

ECKO Protocol stores gameplay preferences and progress locally on your Vision Pro (for example difficulty, audio settings, high score, and related run state). That data does not leave your device unless you choose to share diagnostics through Apple system tools.

Information we do not collect in the app

The current shipping build does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or account systems. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone audio for our own servers.

Permissions & platform data

Spatial features (world sensing / table anchoring, hand tracking, eye input where available) are provided by visionOS. Apple processes that sensor data according to Apple’s privacy practices. We use those capabilities only to place and play the game in your space.

This website

If you submit the TestFlight or support form, we receive the fields you provide (typically email and message). Forms are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to us at marcos@copaceticdesigns.com. We use that information only to respond to your request.

Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) may be generated by our host for security and reliability. We do not use them for advertising.

Children

ECKO Protocol is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child submitted information via the website forms, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product ships. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
